TRANSNATIONAL MEETING:
Spain 9th - 13th of Jan. 2017
We arranged our activities for students, agreet on conditions for each mobilities in the countries. All coordinators agreed with conditions so we could start to fill points in our project.
Italy 20th - 24th of Nov. 2017
We needed to meet and prepared conditions for following mobilities in Italy and in Turkey. We had meeting with gouvernment of Leonforte and some important persons of Sicily. We discused about problems which is needed to solve in the future and presented our project from each country and its impact on our yought.
Slovakia 5th - 9th of Nov. 2018
We closed our project. We presented our experience and impact for all member including the students and spride public. We maked the e- book for memory to this project and agreed together to continue in the future project... but it will be in the future...

REPORT:
Italy: The students shared their
experience with their schoolmates through two panels (one for each mobility
event) with photos. A Seminar has been made between coordinators and local
authorities during the transnational meeting in November 2017. The seminar was
addressed to the whole municipality,students' families and teachers of the
schools of the neighborhood. They disseminated also in a meeting in Assoro, a
village near Leonforte, where there were hosted Bosnian people coming from Sarajevo
and share with them the Erasmus experience.
Turkey: The students arranged a
"dissemination corner" in the school in which all the activities done are
illustrated as photos, writings and poems, drawings.
Spain: The students added the link
of the project in the school website. They recorded interviews to people
involved into the project.
Slovakia: After mobility, teachers
and headmistress met parents and they shared their experience. The
dissemination continued in a newspaper article and on the website.
Turkey: During the next mobility, will
be performed an exhibition. It will be presented to the school, their families
and to the local authorities. Local press will be present for a further
dissemination. The "dissemination corner" activity will be continued.
Spain: They will prepare a video
with the interviews they have done before to show in an "Erasmus day". The
"Cefire" organization, expert in teacher training, will be involved to inform
the local teachers. They have also an agreement with "Conselleria de Valencia"
to publish a news about the project in their web page.
Slovakia: Eva is planning a meeting
at the end of November 2018 in Cataj
municipality to talk about the conclusion of the project. She will prepare a
brochure and an e-book as a final product.
Italy:
They are planning an Erasmus meeting between students among the "Consulta
studentesca", where students will disseminate between students through the peer
to peer method showing a video presentation of mobilities and activities done.
December:
Postcards will be designed and made by the students and sent to the other
schools before Christmas. Students will perform video interviews to other
students asking them about refugees problem. Videos will be uploaded on
etwinning platform.
Turkey
will take a video in a refuge's home from Siria.
Genuary 2018:
Turkish video will be shown to the students to make them reflect about the
topic. Then the students will write letters to the refugees.
February: Food
collect for poors.
March:After
a research on environment , students can take care of school, gardening or
cleaning outside.
April: During
the mobility in Italy, we will do together activities on honestly.
May:
Disability day.
June: Each
country will record a video to explain a traditional game.
September and October: We will play all the games we shared in june.

Report:
First day of meeting we started summarised our project. We evoluted the activities of the project . We finished etwinning project all together. We cooperated on ebook. We checked together websides of projects (EVOK and Etwinning), ebook, brochure. The partners were informed our partners about research of EVOK. We applied our agencies about etwinning European Quality Label for each school in our project
We contiued writing the final report of the project. We prepared the speech to diseminate our project to public. Each country prepared video from their mobility and they prepared themself to present it to public.
We checked the certificates all together were given on the last day of meeting.
Publication process:
We talked to public about establish our project, what was the vision to the future, how we found each other and how we started to cooperate together. The goal of our project was to hold the key competencies (Freedom ,solidarity, tolerance and inclusion, sharing, honesty ...)
and other objectives were,
- knowing other european students habits, hobies and respect for other cultures, appriciating differencies and similarities between countries.
- Meeting other education systems and methodologies, improving other languages...
We think the Exchange of ideas, activities and methodology about values integrated in the key competences will provide opportunity for our students to improv the diagnostic test about competences and besides as we are working values, our students will be better citisens of Europe.
We used videos from mobilities of each country. All coordinator had a comment to own video. The students were talking about their experience from mobilities. They explained to public their experiences. Headmistress Silvia Faboova explained to the public her experience from the pedagogical point of view about our project.
We presented materials from Etwinning, our web side www.evok3.webnode.sk , e-book, brochure.
We had culture trip.
We evaluated the meeting. We discussed about our project and we planed future for our cooperation.
I as a main coordinator I would like to thank to my partners from Spain Mr. Jesus Melero Montessa, Italy Mrs. Paola Giunta and Turkey Mrs. Saliha Sarikas for this beautiful experience which I, my colleagues and students could see in each country. I thank to all parents for their hospitability for our students and to all, who helped us to see better the common life in families and in public, to better know their culture and habits in common.
